Family Support Group

Open to families and friends of persons living with mental illness. This support group provides an opportunity to connect with other family members who are experiencing similar challenges in their efforts to better understand and support their loved one on their journey to recovery.

4th Monday of every month, 7pm - 8pm

Connection Recovery Support Group
This is a peer based mutual support group program led by consumers, for individuals facing the challenges of recovering from an serious mental illness. This support group employs guidelines and principles of support designed to empower its members, allowing all participants to share their experiences and learn from each other in a safe and confidential environment.

Every Friday afternoon, 2pm - 3:30pm
